Zimmer Biomet seeks a clinical sales specialist for the ROSA robotic shoulder system in Spain. The role involves delivering clinical support, training surgical teams, and driving adoption of robotic-assisted procedures across hospitals in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

- Serve as national subject matter expert on ROSA robotic system and associated procedures
- Provide initial clinical support and facilitate hospital team onboarding during transition to robot-assisted procedures
- Visit key opinion leaders with local SET team to expand surgeon knowledge and increase ROSA adoption
- Guide surgical teams through training curricula for surgeons, OR staff, sterilization teams, and radiology professionals




- Develop hospital-specific multidisciplinary implementation plans and support patient education material development

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in medical device industry
- At least 3 years clinical sales, orthopedic product sales, or surgical support experience
- Deep knowledge and expertise in shoulder surgery and procedures
- Project management skills to develop and advance ROSA accounts
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to manage schedule independently based on business needs
