About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment process for roles within the retail and consumer goods industries, including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and management positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and suitability for client organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients in the retail and consumer goods sectors.
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including both active and passive job seekers.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and present them to clients, facilitating the interview and selection process.




- Negotiate offers and support the onboarding of successful candidates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market compensation, and best practices in talent acquisition for retail and consumer goods.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the retail or consumer goods industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
