Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor diverse, geographically dispersed R&D; teams.

Requirements

- Ph.D.



or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biotechnology).
- 10+ years of experience in R&D; project or program management, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary R&D; projects.
- Strong understanding of innovation processes and intellectual property management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote environments.
- Proficiency in advanced project management software and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to think strategically and translate scientific concepts into actionable project plans.
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
