FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive who is a Polish speaker with native or bilingual English. The role is permanent, full-time and hybrid after onboarding, with a base of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions.
You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, making 80–100 outbound calls daily, conducting product demos, guiding trials, and converting them into paying customers. AE progression and quarterly accelerators support growth.
