Are you passionate about teaching and empowering individuals with practical administrative skills? A social organization in Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a qualified Vocational Training Instructor to lead modules within a Dual Vocational Training program. In this role, you will guide students toward earning their official qualification in auxiliary administrative and general services, working directly on-site in Palma.

Key responsibilities

- Planning the methodology, instructional timeline, and training contents.
- Teaching and assessing knowledge across Grade B modules leading to the Grade C certificate (ADGG0408: Auxiliary Operations in Administrative and General Services).
- Delivering supplementary modules in essential skill areas: basic office software skills (CTRD0007), auxiliary operations in administration and reception (ADGG0010), and data protection and digital rights (ADGD0072).
- Mentoring students through their dual learning process and monitoring their continuous educational development.

Requirements

- Academic background: An intermediate vocational training degree (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà)



or equivalent.
- IT skills: Advanced computer and office software knowledge.
- Teaching credentials: You hold an official certificate qualifying you to teach Grades A, B, and C within the Vocational Training System (or the former Certificate of Professionalism for Vocational Training for Employment, subject to exemptions in Article 168.5 of Royal Decree 659/2023).
- Productive sector exception: In the event of an insufficient candidate pool certified by SOIB, industry experts without formal teaching titles may be eligible under Article 170 of RD 659/2023, provided you can prove at least 1 year of relevant work experience (minimum 900 hours total over the last 10 years).

Benefits

- A stable, full-time position with an indefinite (permanent) employment contract.
- An annual gross salary of €32,867.08.
- A standard working schedule from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.
