Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations across our student housing properties. You’ll supervise the team, coordinate work orders, inspect units and common areas, and manage vendors to ensure safety and top-notch upkeep.
You will report to the Regional Facilities Manager and help maintain safe, clean environments that support vibrant resident life while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
