Scope of responsibility Translate corporate targets (EBIT, RONA, ESG) into regional execution plansBuild an integrated, end-to-end value chain across all sitesDrive shift from site-based to unified regional operating modelLead footprint optimisation, site specialisation, and automation strategyOwn regional CapEx roadmap for long-term competitivenessOperational Excellence Deliver TPM, OEE,



and bottleneck improvement across plantsStandardise operations into a single European modelLead Industry 4.0 adoption (AI predictive maintenance, robotics, automation)Supply Chain & Cost Optimisation Implement centralised planning across supply chain and productionReduce logistics inefficiencies and inventory costsDesired Profile Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field + MBA is preferable.
A leader who can build and coach plant manager across the various sites.
Must have lived and worked in multiple countries.
Multilingualism is a prerequisite (English + Italian/Spanish)Location The role can be based across Italy and Spain.
