Finom, a European fintech, is seeking a Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to run daily money movements across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers.
You will be hands-on, design money flows with product and engineering, and ensure all settlements are funded, reconciled and safeguarded.You will lead a small team, handle escalation, implement automated processes, and improve controls as Finom scales toward a banking license.
