HappyRobot Inc. in Madrid is seeking a hands-on Growth marketer to lead paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and more, from strategy to pipeline.
You will own budgets, tracking, and reporting, and collaborate with Sales/RevOps to ensure clean handoffs.
You'll start as an individual contributor, building and proving channels from scratch with a clear path to manage a team as spend grows.
This is a first dedicated role on the growth team in a fast-moving startup.
