Arrangingsomeextraservicessuchasairporttransfersandat-homemassages.
Coordinatingspecialguestsrequestswiththelocalstaffinourdestinations.
Overseeingarrivalmanagement,ensuringallguestregistrationsarecompletedandfollowedupwhenneeded.
Handlingguestcomplaintswithempathyandprofessionalism,offeringsolutionsorcompensationswhenappropriate.




Closingandsendingtheinvoicetoourguestsattheendoftheirstay;collectingextramoneyifneeded,liaisingwiththemincaseofdamages.
