Agrotecnio in Spain seeks a postdoctoral researcher to contribute to the development and nutritional characterization of barley-based extruded products for experimental diets in preclinical animal studies.
Under supervision, you will mill cereal raw materials, produce extruded products with a twin-screw extruder, and analyze proximate composition and key bioactive constituents.You will document findings and coordinate delivery to the research team.
