Role Purpose Lead the operational execution and ongoing evolution of Oliver Wyman Europe's end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects move efficiently from setup through invoicing and cash collection with strong governance, commercial accuracy and operational excellence.
As Regional Lead, you will combine people leadership with hands-on operational expertise, leading the Europe Project Setup team while acting as the senior escalation point for complex project lifecycle matters.
Working closely with Partners and cross-functional Finance and Technology teams, you will simplify processes, strengthen revenue operations and drive the adoption of AI, automation and ERP capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance the Partner and colleague experience.

Regional Executive Director of Finance Day-to-day collaborators: Partners, FP Salesforce experience is advantageous.
Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
Fluent English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
