We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic technology initiatives within a fast-evolving FinTech and digital assets environment , with a strong focus on payment processing, blockchain technologies, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity.

This role combines Technical Project Management, Software Delivery, Cloud & DevOps coordination and Technology Governance , ensuring the successful execution of complex initiatives across development, infrastructure, security and business teams.

We are looking for a hands-on, technically driven professional who understands how modern technology platforms are built and operated, can effectively manage cross-functional engineering teams and is comfortable working in environments where security, reliability, traceability and operational resilience are critical .

What you'll work with

- Project Management: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery models, project planning and execution
- Software Engineering: SDLC, backend services, REST APIs, microservices and system integrations
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, hybrid and on-premises environments
- DevOps & Delivery: CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Bitbucket, release management and deployment coordination
- Containers & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts
- Blockchain & Digital Assets: blockchain fundamentals, cryptocurrency payment processing, wallets, digital asset custody and transaction lifecycle
- Payment Technologies: payment APIs, transaction processing, reconciliation and third-party payment integrations
- Security & Governance: IAM, access controls, vulnerability management, risk management and security compliance
- Monitoring & Operations: incident management, service availability, observability and operational reporting
- Project Tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub Projects or equivalent platforms
- Ways of working: Agile, cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders and international collaboration

What you'll do

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end technology projects , from requirements definition and planning through implementation, deployment and operational handover
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks and technical priorities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Software Development, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IT Operations




- Work closely with the CTO, CISO and engineering teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives, security requirements and operational priorities
- Drive the execution of software development, infrastructure modernization, cloud automation and platform improvement initiatives
- Coordinate technical releases, deployments and production changes, ensuring proper testing, validation and rollback planning
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, milestones and deliverables
- Manage technical dependencies and integrations between internal systems, external providers and third-party APIs
- Oversee initiatives related to payment processing platforms, blockchain integrations and digital asset services
- Identify and manage project risks related to security, infrastructure, availability, performance and regulatory requirements
- Establish clear project governance, reporting mechanisms and delivery KPIs
- Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers and ensure effective communication between engineering and business stakeholders
- Support incident follow-up, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure appropriate technical documentation, operational handover and knowledge transfer
- Promote delivery best practices, accountability and continuous improvement across engineering teams

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management or Technology Delivery roles
- Proven experience managing complex software development and infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of software engineering lifecycles, APIs, system integrations and modern application architectures
- Solid knowledge of Cloud Computing, DevOps practices, CI/CD and infrastructure environments
- Experience coordinating technical teams across development, infrastructure, operations and cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies , including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing project planning, milestones, dependencies,



risks and delivery commitments
- Ability to understand technical architectures, challenge technical assumptions and facilitate informed decision-making
- Experience working with engineering teams responsible for business-critical production systems
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and take ownership of project delivery
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or higher) , with the ability to lead technical meetings and communicate effectively with international teams

What makes you stand out

- Experience in FinTech, payment processing, financial services or digital asset platforms
- Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, digital wallets and custody solutions
- Understanding of blockchain transaction lifecycles, confirmations, transaction fees and network integrations
- Familiarity with private key management, multisignature wallets, MPC or HSM-based custody architectures
- Experience coordinating projects involving payment APIs, transaction reconciliation or financial integrations
- Understanding of digital asset security, transaction monitoring and operational risk
- Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks such as MiCA, DORA, PCI DSS or ISO 27001 , where applicable
- Experience coordinating cloud migrations, DevSecOps initiatives, infrastructure modernization or cybersecurity improvements
- Experience working directly with CTOs, CISOs and senior technical leadership
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-changing environments, balancing delivery speed, security and reliability
