-- About the Job As Head of Global Data Products at Allianz Technology, you will own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Allianz's shared data products and services — spanning Group Anti-Fraud, Cat Analytics, GEOspatial Information Systems and the Global Data Layer.
Reporting to the Head of Data represent the team in steering committees and industry forums Manage the department budget, vendor contracts, and SLA performance — ensuring commercial sustainability, cost efficiency, and consistent service quality Secure OE commitments and investment funds for new and evolving data products; manage customer escalations and drive continuous service improvement What you bring Deep expertise in modern data architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data integration technologies, and enterprise governance frameworks Exceptional leadership and people management skills — proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing global teams Executive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to abstract complexity and drive senior-level decisions Strong business acumen, including budget management, vendor negotiation, and commercial product ownership Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical application; hands-on experience with Agentic Development Lifecycles is a strong plus 10+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership within large, global organizations, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale platforms and solutions Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology,
