We are looking for a Change Manager with a strong background in training and user adoption to support transformation initiatives and ensure successful organizational change. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a consulting environment and be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, developing training strategies,



and driving end-user readiness.

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans. Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and communication content. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and business stakeholders.

Drive user adoption and ensure business readiness for new processes and systems. Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts. Support communication planning and organizational readiness activities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Training, or a related consulting role. Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience supporting business transformation or system implementation projects. Fluent in English.

Experience with ERP, HCM, CRM, or digital transformation programs. Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Experience creating e-learning content and training documentation.
