THE POSITION

- Contribute to menu ideas
- Monitor stock and minimize wastage
- Adhere to hygiene standards and follow proper food handling practices

THE PERSON

- Hold current Australian Working Rights
- Chef qualifications that are recognised in Australia / certified in Australia
- Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- WWCC & CHC: Working With Children Check & Criminal History Check
