As a Coordinator in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal – to create meaningful opportunities for people with a disability to belong and thrive.
About the Role:
- Employment Type: Fixed-Term Full-Time
- Fixed-Term Period: 5 November 2026 to 28 September 2027
- Location: Dactyl Road, Moorabbin
Lead a well-established Supported Independent Living service supporting five residents with diverse and complex support needs. About You:
- Demonstrated leadership experience, either as a current Team Leader or in a senior/acting leadership role, and is ready to take the next step in their career.
- Calm, organised and solutions‑focused decision‑making, especially when navigating fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations.
- A proactive and accountable approach to problem‑solving, with the initiative to identify issues early and implement practical, participant‑centred solutions..
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster an engaged, collaborative and high‑performing team culture through transparency, support and positive leadership.
- Confident relationship management skills, including setting clear professional boundaries and navigating conflict constructively with participants, families and stakeholders.
