-- About the opportunity We are looking for a driven and highly autonomous legal professional to join our Commercial team.
In this role, you will bridge our Integral Headquarters (HQ) and the Spanish (ES) market, providing critical legal support that enables our business to scale efficiently.
What you need to be successful What you will have: Solid background: You have a Degree in Law.
A Master's degree (e.g., Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía, LLM, or a specialized corporate/commercial master's) and admission to the Spanish Bar are highly valued Relevant experience: You bring 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained through a mix of a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department within a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environment.
Language fluency: Bilingual or highly proficient professional level in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will draft and negotiate complex legal documents in both languages.
Any other language is more than welcome
Technical capabilities: Contractual expertise: You have a proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume and wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g., partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, and suppliers).
You have experience drafting and updating Terms you offer practical, business-oriented solutions that align with the company's commercial objectives.
Cross-Functional Team Player: You excel at stakeholder management and have a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with non-legal teams across a diverse, multicultural organization.




Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and actively step up to take ownership of specific projects and sub-verticals.
