That is why we are looking for an International Patient Care Service Representative to join our external consultation for comprehensive care of women, with a human, close and professional approach in patient care. ?

?? Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized, proactive, and patient-centered support throughout the entire care journey, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience.
- Coordinate and monitor the patient’s treatment process, ensuring alignment between medical teams, services, and patient needs.
- Perform ad hoc translation and interpretation tasks when required, facilitating clear communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
- Actively contribute to excellence in the patient experience, serving as the main point of contact and managing any situation the patient may encounter with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Conduct consistent patient follow-up by telephone, and via email, ensuring continuity of care and addressing questions or concerns in a timely manner.

?Candidate Profile

- Minimum education: Advanced Vocational Training Degree (CFGS - Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior)



or equivalent qualification is required.
- Languages: English – C1 (mandatory), French – C1 (mandatory) and High level of Spanish is required. High level of Italan or intermediate Catalan is a plus.
- Core Competencies:

-Strong willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, particularly alongside women’s health specialists.
- Genuine patient service vocation and commitment to high-quality care.
- Clear patient-oriented mind-set, with excellent communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, particularly in multicultural and international environments.
