iPronics is seeking a Director of Photonics Test Engineering & Manufacturing Validation to drive the strategy, development, and execution of test solutions for PICs, modules, and systems.
You will oversee EVT/DVT/SVT/PVT, establish robust test methodologies, and support NPI and ramp activities.The role requires 10+ years in semiconductor/silicon photonics plus 5+ years of leadership, with deep expertise in characterization, reliability, and automated test systems.
