The Position About Our Team We at Global Diagnostics Procurement (DOP) are a team of about 200 enthusiastic professionals, committed to driving value with our suppliers worldwide.
From locations around the world and with a diverse and multicultural team, we source, manage our supplier base, develop our overarching process and digital transformation) to support global template adoption and evaluate localized change impacts.
Continuous Improvement: Leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing integral requirement alignment, and partnering with fellow BCLs and Business Capability Owners (BCOs) to optimize end-to-end cross-functional performance.
Community a Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) and professional certifications (such as CIPS) are highly preferred.




Experience: Deep expert knowledge of procurement systems and enterprise architectures (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, GEP Smart / GEP Nexxe), coupled with a robust understanding of the broader procurement technology provider landscape.
Process Expertise: Extensive experience in the design, management, and continuous improvement of complex business processes, with distinct experience operating within the Demand-to-Pay landscape.
AI German language skills are a strong asset.
