-- About the Job As a Vendor Management Expert within the People, Culture conduct market scans, capability assessments, due diligence, and act as PC implement a benchmarking framework across cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk.
Collaborate with Finance to standardize accounting taxonomy, plan and track spend, and develop dashboards and reporting for performance and spend insights — delivering data-driven recommendations for renewals, consolidation, or exits.
Drive vendor rationalization and portfolio optimization to reduce complexity, improve value realization and, in collaboration with respective global expert teams, ensure full alignment with Allianz procurement policies and P strong analytical and benchmarking skills.
Solid financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis; experience standardizing accounting practices with Finance.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across People skilled at standardizing ways of working and managing vendor transitions.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
