You will own core platform areas, set technical direction, and mentor a high-impact engineering team while writing production-grade code across the stack.
You'll collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to balance speed with quality, improve testing and performance practices, and help define the roadmap as we expand into Spain
