We are seeking an International SOX Compliance Analyst to support our Company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program in the EMEA region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure an effective internal control environment.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and assess business risks
* Design, document, and maintain internal controls
* Support remediation plans for deficiencies
* Assist in compliance-related projects
* Stay updated on regulatory developments
* Coordinate SOX testing activities Position
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
* 2-5 years of experience in SOX compliance or related functions
* Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and industry regulations
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally
