You'll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers worldwide — assisting with betting, payments, and account queries viaLive Chat, email, and phone.

RequirementsNative or fluent Danish, plus solid English communication skills (both written and verbal)
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Calmness under pressure and the ability to multitask like a pro

Openness to feedback and personal development
Strong computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
Previous experience in a fast?paced customer service environment is beneficial
