We re looking for a hands-on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth. Your

responsibilities:
* Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels
* Launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
* Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions
* Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements
* Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently
* Explore and validate new channels as we grow What we are looking for:
* 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
* Proven experience managing large paid media budgets
* Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset
* Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy
* Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.)
* Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month
* Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience
* Programmatic or DSP exposure
* Mobile app UA background This is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
