Vueling Airlines SA is seeking a Transformation Lead to provide strategic direction and business expertise within the transformation team. You will drive momentum across initiatives, apply agile governance, and collaborate with finance, IT, data and shared services to deliver measurable improvements.
The role requires a Bachelor's in finance or business, a Master's preferred, and at least 5 years in consulting or strategy, with strong English and Spanish at C1 level.
