- Team Lead . Managing and monitoring the progress of linguistic projects Ensuring content quality across a wide range of styles, terminologies, and formats Balancing project budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring overall profitability Ensuring all content aligns with the client's desired tone, style, and brand identity Briefing and coordinating with freelance writers, translators, editors, proofreaders,



and reviewers Handling all tasks related to linguistic project coordination Proven experience in translation project management or a related role within the language services or digital/tech industry Bachelor's degree in Languages, Communication, Translation, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar). Mandatory fluency in Arabic, French and English (written and spoken) ; Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (QA, LQA) and process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) Hybrid onsite-telework model Full time, 40 hours per week Health insurance Meal voucher (€7 daily face value, 100% paid by the company)
