bsport is seeking a Billing Support specialist to be the face of bsport Billing, assisting studios with clear, empathetic Intercom conversations and guiding them through invoices, SEPA failures, refunds, and billing changes.

You will qualify requests with what, why, account and amount, hand them to Billing Specialists with all required evidence, and follow up until each action is completed, keeping clients informed and supported.
