Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, quality, and delivery targets are achieved. Monitor project performance, risks, and resources, implementing corrective actions when needed. Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment. Strong project management and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
