In this role, you will help our customers get value from EQS solutions quickly and confidently. You will manage implementations with a strong customer focus, coordinate stakeholders across the project lifecycle, and contribute ideas that make our onboarding processes even more scalable and effective Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handover Guide customers through project milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth and transparent onboarding experience Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processes Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively Manage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented way Support go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement,



and retention You are confident using MS Office and working in a structured way with documentation, timelines, and customer communicationYou enjoy managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders, and you know how to keep tasks structured and moving forwardYou have C1-level proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
