Qualifications4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional
Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Compensation:$70/hour
Commitment:Adaptable, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location:Fully remote,
