WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Implement and optimize marketing campaigns using
Braze
to focus on
advanced segmentation and targeting strategies
.
Personalize and customize campaign content dynamically using
liquid logic within Braze
based on user behavior and attributes.
Manage and enhance
custom attributes in Braze
to fine-tune customer engagement strategies and achieve targeted outcomes.
Collaborate with the data analytics team to
integrate and leverage user data
for sophisticated campaign strategies.
Develop and test
HTML code modifications




within Braze templates for optimal layout and functionality across various devices and email clients.
Analyze campaign performance
to generate insights and drive continuous growth and retention metrics improvement.
Provide
technical support and training
to team members on using Braze and integrating it with other tools and platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Experience with
A/B testing
in any digital marketing channel.
Proficiency in using
Braze
for planning and launching campaigns.
Ability to drive data insights and build charts with analytics platforms like
Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope
.
A
data-driven approach
with a solid understanding of
startup growth metrics, analytics, and statistics
.

Understanding of
user psychology and motivation
