You will own complex CORE support cases, troubleshoot SSO/SAML/APIs, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver effective resolutions.You will mentor other analysts, contribute to onboarding, and help strengthen technical capabilities across the team.
This role supports an office-first culture with three days in the office.
