Descripción Our client, an important multinational in the industrial composites sector, seeks to strengthen its technical team with the figure of a: QUALITY ENGINEER (Chemical Industrial Components Sector) MISSION STATEMENT: Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer's mission is to ensure product and process quality within a chemical industrial environment through continuous improvement, robust problem solving, and strict compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
The role focuses on reducing non-conformities, improving process reliability, and reinforcing a strong quality culture across operations.
Responsabilidades MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: The Quality Engineer plays a key role in ensuring quality, process stability,



and compliance within a chemical industrial setting.
His/her responsibilities will include: Continuous Improvement Projects: Working on continuous improvement initiatives such as scrap reduction, process optimization, vision systems, and Nadcap-related activities in coordination with Process Engineers.
Standardization and Operational Excellence: Collaborating with satellite plants and production teams to implement standardization plans, promoting a "right first time" culture, error-proofing systems, and a strong understanding of customer requirements.
