Key Responsibilities

Assist in organizing media events, press conferences, and interviews.
Manage and update company's social media presence.
Support internal communications initiatives.
Provide analysis and reports on PR campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to crisis communication planning and execution.
Maintain media databases and contact lists.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a PR or communications role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships.
Experience with social media management and digital PR tactics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the South African media landscape is advantageous.
