The Client
WeDo is partnering with a leading integral Microsoft partner, operating at the top tier of the Microsoft ecosystem, delivering large scale ERP, CRM, and Data transformation programmes across Europe.
The Role
This is a senior, client facing position where you will take ownership of the full data migration lifecycle across Dynamics 365 programmes.
You will play a key role in enabling organisations to adopt a data first strategy, ensuring clean, governed, and reliable data is successfully migrated into modern platforms.
You will work across complex, multi country environments, leading both delivery and stakeholder engagement.
The Responsibilities
Own end to end data migration delivery across Dynamics 365 implementations
Lead data discovery, profiling, mapping, cleansing, and validation activities
Define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and risk controls
Manage stakeholders across client teams, delivery teams, and third parties
Drive data governance, data quality, and master data initiatives
Lead data engineering teams delivering ETL pipelines and migration solutions
Oversee cutover planning, execution, and post go live support




Develop and optimise T SQL scripts, queries, and reconciliation processes
Use Python to automate migration and validation where appropriate
Support pre sales and solution design activities
Enable data for downstream analytics, reporting, and AI use cases
Requirements
Proven experience leading data migration for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Strong expertise in T SQL including complex querying and performance tuning
Deep understanding of migration methodologies including profiling, mapping, cleansing, and validation
Experience leading cross functional data teams
Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences
Experience delivering in international or multi country environments
Degree in a relevant technical or data related field
