An entertainment and events production company based in Palma is currently looking for an energetic and reliable Logistics Assistant to join their technical operations team.
If you enjoy hands-on work, keeping things organized behind the scenes, and contributing to smooth productions across Palma and the island, this full-time role offers you an ideal entry point with immediate practical impact.
In this position, you will play an essential role in preparing, managing, and maintaining all logistical assets required for shows and activities.
Assembling, disassembling, and handling event furniture and scenic elements such as tables, chairs, armchairs, stanchions, small staging platforms, and auxiliary materials.
Maintaining the condition, safety, and proper order of all event equipment and furnishings.
Providing active physical support during the loading, unloading, and transfer of stage scenery and audiovisual equipment.
Managing the furniture warehouse and keeping accurate track of storage inventories.
Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods and materials in the warehouse.
No prior work experience is necessary for this position,

To qualify, you should meet the following requirements:
Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO or equivalent school certificate).
Strong personal motivation, physical readiness for manual handling, and a dependable team mindset.
Vocational training (Formación Competente) or specialized courses in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management are considered a valuable asset.
Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic working rhythms typical of the live entertainment industry.
This position provides a clear and straightforward employment framework.
You will receive a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of renewal.
The working hours are full-time, organized in flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday with the corresponding scheduled days of rest, reflecting the operational needs of event schedules.
You will earn a gross annual salary of 18,000 EUR distributed across 12 monthly payments, with extra payments already included.
