Your Responsibilities

Identifying customer needs, providing advice and scheduling appointments by phone

Conducting property and project viewing tours

Providing guided tours and shuttle services for clients

Listing properties on real estate portals

Social Media Marketing

Modern work tools such as CRM and LMS systems, Dropbox, Calendly, Notion, etc. for maximum automation, digitalization and efficiency

What We Expect: Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage

Presentable appearance with elegant outfits, good communication skills and a warm-hearted personality

Sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, accuracy, determination, teamwork, ability to accept criticism and adapt, self-confidence

Professionalism through calendar and note management as well as documentation and reporting

Category B driving license, careful driving behavior and willingness to travel

Laptop with Dropbox access

Work commitment of at least 30 hours per week
