Are you a dynamic and open-minded student interested in Talent Acquisition ? We are a young international team in Barcelona that really enjoys working together and are looking for a motivated Intern to join our vibrant office in the heart of the city.

Instead of just watching from the sidelines, you will be immersed in the world of recruitment from day one. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in the full recruitment process, supporting our international clientele.

We need someone who loves talking to people and is proactive enough to jump straight into tasks. It is the perfect chance to learn about talent acquisition.

Key Languages:

- Bilingual proficiency or equivalent in Spanish & Catalan
- Full Professional level of English
- Other languages are a plus

Main Responsibilities

- Writing and placing engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media
- Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates
- Managing and conducting interviews in Spanish & English
- Creating and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with candidates
- Being able to manage the entire recruitment process and onboarding




- Working with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects

Core Skills/Experience

- Currently persuing a Bachelor's degree (with university agreement for a 6 months internship)
- People-oriented, able to engage with candidates and clients
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Sales-oriented attitude, able to work with targets
