We are looking for a General Compensation & Benefits Intern (m/f/d) who can support strategic HR initiatives with international impact.
Working closely with colleagues across different regions, you will contribute to Compensation & Benefits projects, market benchmarking, reporting, and process improvement activities.
If you are passionate about people, data, and continuous improvement, and thrive in an international environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.MY TASKS:Support the planning and implementation of global Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives in collaboration with local People & Culture teamsContribute to Compensation & Benefits activities, including market benchmarking, salary analysis, reporting, and incentive programsSupport international projects and process improvement initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors-related activitiesPrepare presentations, reports, analyses, and documentation for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the Global Standards team on strategic People & Culture topics and ongoing projectsMY PROFILE:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related fieldGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical skills,
