THE ESSENTIALS
Madrid (Atocha), on-site, Monday to Friday, full-time
Paid internship (compensation and duration are discussed during the first call)
Fluent English (C1 minimum).
Spanish is a plus

In Madrid, we are building a new team focused on IT talent sourcing and lead generation, in an international environment.
THE ROLE
You join the recruitment and commercial team and work alongside experienced consultants from day one.
You are not watching from the sidelines.
Source IT candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
Write outreach messages and approach candidates directly
Screen candidates and take part in interviews
Identify new contacts and business opportunities at tech companies
Connect with existing and potential clients
Support consultants and managers with business development
Full recruitment process
Follow candidates from first contact to placement
Get involved in interviews, feedback and negotiations




WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Advanced tech sourcing: Boolean search, market mapping, ATS tools
Sales, business development and lead generation
Candidate and client communication, negotiation
Working with KPIs and targets in a fast-paced team
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are interested in tech, sales and recruitment
You enjoy talking to people and building relationships
You are motivated by targets and healthy competition
You take initiative and learn fast
Experience in sales, customer service or any target-driven environment is a plus, but not required
No recruitment experience is needed: we train you.
Let's be clear
This is a demanding internship: daily outreach, weekly KPIs, and many messages that never get a reply.
In return, you get real responsibility, hands-on training, and daily support from experienced consultants.
WHAT COMES NEXT
Based on your performance, the internship can lead to a Junior Consultant (360°) role, where you manage your own candidates, clients and targets.
