Nutanix is expanding its EMEA Technical Support team in Barcelona, seeking a seasoned professional to provide technical support for our HCI solutions.
You will troubleshoot customer issues, collaborate with engineering, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a hybrid Barcelona-based role.
The role requires 7+ years of tech experience, strong virtualization, networks, storage, Linux and cloud skills, and fluency in English (other EU languages a plus).
