• Engineering or Architecture degree with Master Habilitante
• Minimum 5 years experience in building u*
* construction/infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred) as field engineer or technical project manager
• Strong building background with project/planning management, quality assurance, procedure follow-up, and administration/license management
• Advanced English (negotiation level)
• Excellent communication and leadership, team management, customer focus, and continuous improvement
