Events Arena is a Barcelona-based B2B travel agency specialising in premium sports and cultural event packages across Europe.
As a recognised distributor for major sports events (football, F1, MotoGP, rugby, tennis, basketball and more), we work exclusively with professional clients through long-lasting partnerships.
We are a growing company, working with our own in-house technology and tools embedded in our daily workflow.
We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage reservations end-to-end and support our B2B clients with precision and responsiveness.
The role
You will be the operational backbone of our sales flow, handling reservations from end to end across our flash-sale and distribution channels, managing client relationships with precision, and keeping the team informed through proactive monitoring.
You will work at the intersection of sales, operations and customer service, in an event-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
Booking management
Daily processing of reservations from flash-sale and large-scale distribution operations
Verification of booking accuracy: dates, quantities, options and conditions
Internal coordination to ensure smooth reservation execution
Booking confirmations and follow-up
Transmission of client listings to suppliers (hotel roomings, transfers, etc.)
Handling client requests: questions, modifications, cancellations, specific needs




Preparing quotes and tailored commercial proposals
Rigorous follow-up of client files through to closure
Monitoring & reporting
Daily analysis of pricing spreads and internal tools
Proactive reporting on stock status and sales trends
Alerting the relevant teams in case of operational or commercial risk
Other
Ad hoc support to day-to-day logistics when needed
What we're looking for
Previous professional experience in customer service or client relations
Experience working with a CRM or booking system
Precision and meticulous attention to detail - non-negotiable
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes simultaneously
Reactive, professional and client-oriented
Comfortable with structured, recurring tasks and looking for a stable, long-term position
Ability to use internal AI tools in your daily workflow
Capacity for self-reflection and continuous improvement
Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a strong plus
Experience in travel, events, ticketing or hospitality is a plus
Compensation & working conditions
Contract
Full-time, permanent contract
Based in our Poblenou office, Barcelona
40 hours/week - 9:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break
23 working days of annual leave
Salary based on experience and profile
Variable bonus of up to 20% of gross annual salary, based on individual performance and company results
