Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and emailHandle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaintsWork with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutionsTake on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customersGrow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialistWhat we're looking forC1 DutchEnglish at B2 level (used for training)Good problem-solving skills and a creative approachExperience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus,
