Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) for all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Manage social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.




Analyze social media performance metrics, provide regular reports, and use insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce context.
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Demonstrated ability to create compelling written and visual content.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in
