Experteer Overview As the Technical Consultant for the ILLUMISITE Platform, you will serve as the clinical-technical expert across the customer lifecycle.
You'll enable adoption of advanced pulmonary technology through on-site support, training, and education, collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, and cross-functional teams.
The role combines clinical insight with technical execution to improve procedural outcomes.
This position offers the chance to impact patient care while working in a dynamic, field-based environment across Spain and Western Europe.

• Provide clinical and technical support for the ILLUMISITE Platform throughout the customer lifecycle
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and education programs
• Assist with system installations, implementation activities, and onboarding
• Offer on-site procedural support before, during, and after cases
• Train physicians and clinical teams on platform functionality and workflows
• Troubleshoot product, applications,



and workflow issues with internal partners
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field with at least 2+ years of experience in medical technologies or healthcare customer support
• Experience delivering product demonstrations, training, or technical presentations
• Experience supporting healthcare professionals in clinical, technical, or customer-facing roles
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to travel up to 80% within Spain and occasionally across Western Europe Requisitos principales
