We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team for a f
ixed-term assignment,
covering a temporary leave of absence and overseeing one of our stores in Barcelona
As a Store Manager your main tasks will be:
Building revenue, overseeing back-office operations, and supervising sales teams.
Developing strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional customer service, events, partnerships, and traffic?driving initiatives.
Ensuring a consistent, high?quality in?store experience for all customers.
Thinking strategically and driving the business in alignment with company standards.
Prioritizing, planning, delegating, managing administrative tasks, and adapting to evolving business needs.
Maximizing inventory efficiency and ensuring strong cash control and loss?prevention practices.
