Aily Labs seeks exceptionally smart AI Research Engineers to join a small, highly technical team in Barcelona.
You will work on bleeding-edge AI, focusing on LLMs, Agentic AI, model fine-tuning, and robust ML systems.You will translate breakthroughs into deployable product enhancements and collaborate with Data Science, MLE, and Product teams, with opportunities to publish in top conferences.
A master's degree and solid ML fundamentals are required; Docker expertise is a plus.
